We have 5 chapel locations, 2 crematories and a pet funeral home all within the Roanoke Valley. We average 1400 calls per year on the human side, serving families and their loved ones with the utmost care and respect while honoring lives well lived. YOU are detail-oriented, creative with personal touches that families hope for and appreciate during their most difficult time navigating thru visitations, cremations, or funeral services. Your empathy and compassion comes naturally while you embrace all cultures and communities, religious or non-religious families. You guide the family throughout the arrangement process to final disposition of their loved one. Aftercare is just as important as the initial introduction to the family, so sincere follow up phone calls or visits to homes round out your relationship with your families.
